I began hormone replacement therapy in November 2006 at age of 52 with another doctor. I switched my hormone therapy to Genemedics Health Institute and Dr. George in 2009 after reading about his approach to this relatively new field of medicine. I truly believe in the science, and the benefits of the Genemedics Health Institute program have been nothing short of spectacular.
Prior to starting the Genemedics Health Institute program, I didn’t have the energy or motivation to get to the gym after a long, tiring day at work. Even while I was on hormone therapy with the previous doctor, I was not noticing many positive results despite my efforts to eat healthy and exercise.
Since starting the Genemedics Health Institute program, my energy levels have increased Dr.amatically, and I now have the energy, and thus the desire, to hit the gym as often as my busy schedule will allow. Another big motivation that has increased my desire to get to the gym is that my efforts are now rewarded with great results. I can now look in the mirror and see improved muscle mass and strength, with a leaner body due to fat loss.
I am now 59 years old but feel like a much younger man in my intimate relationship. The program has brought my much-diminished sexual desire back up to full strength, just as it was in my youth. This, in turn, has really helped in my relationship, bringing increased closeness and intimacy and increasing the depth of the whole experience.
Since starting the program, the normal aches and pains of daily living and working have diminished considerably. For a busy person who constantly travels for business, sprinting through airports and countless miles in airplane seats, my joints have actually gotten better, to the point of not even noticing any pain or stiffness, which makes the recovery from travel easier and quicker.
Another benefit I have found with the program is improved recovery time from illness and surgeries. I hurt my back many years before starting the program and have had three surgeries to correct the problem. Several surgeries were done before starting therapy, and it took forever to recover and get back to normal. The third and last surgery, the most complicated and stressful, was done well after starting the program. This time, though, I recovered and healed and got back to normal much quicker.
Working with Dr. George and his staff has been a great experience in itself. He is quick to respond and will answer my questions via phone or text at anytime. He is very methodical in his approach and believes in frequent blood work to constantly monitor and adjust the levels of hormones to get the most benefit of the therapy. I would recommend this program to anyone who wants to maintain and sustain a healthy, active lifestyle far past the age that used to mean only decline and immobility.
