LEVER SEATED CALF RAISE (PLATE LOADED) (FEMALE) - Exercise Guide

Step 1

Sit on the bench of the machine and grab the handles. Place the balls of your feet on the platform while letting your heels hang. Lower your heels until you feel enough stretch on your calves.

Step 2

Push with the balls of your feet against the platform to raise the lever.
