Step 1
Rest the padded levers on top of your shoulders. If handles are available, you may grab them for additional support. If not, hold onto the sides of the levers.
Step 2
Stand up straight with the balls of your feet on top of the calf block. Your feet should be about hip-width apart with the heels hanging lower than your toes.
