Step 1
Rest a barbell on top of your upper chest. Your hands should inhibit it from rolling by placing your fingers under and around the bar. Also, keep your back tall and upright during the whole exercise. Keep your hips straightly under the bar and your body weight supported by your feet. This is your starting position.
Step 2
In a controlled manner, bend your knees and hips until your back thighs nearly get in contact with your calves.
