BARBELL BENCH FRONT SQUAT - Exercise Guide

Step 1

Place a flat bench behind you and set the bar on the rack.

Step 2

Once the weight is added to the bar, bring your arms up under the bar and keep your elbows up. Rest the bar on the top of your deltoids and cross your arms as you hold the bar.
