At genemedics.com/shop, we want you to be happy with your purchase! If you’re not satisfied, we’re not satisfied. If you’re unhappy with your order, whatever the reason may be, we’ll make it right .Contact our Customer Service team within 30 days of your purchase and we’ll either give you a full refund or a genemedics.com/shop e-gift card equal to the value of your product.

Product returns are subject to our Conditions of Sale. In rare circumstances, genemedics.com/shop may evaluate a customer’s account, purchase and return history, and has the right to refuse services and/or prevent a customer from placing orders on genemedics.com/shop in the future.
